A People of…Joy
Joy is a fruit of the Spirit, a distinct marker of the Christian life, and an important theme that presents itself repeatedly within the Scriptures. A biblical understanding of joy challenges our contemporary notions since our culture tends to confuse joy with circumstantial happiness. For Christians, joy is a deeper, more abiding quality of the soul. So, where does it come from, if not our circumstances?
