What can I expect during this process? When will I hear back?

You can expect to hear back from us within two weeks via email. For worship, if you are move ahead in the audition process, we will set up a get to know you meeting with our team before placing you on the schedule. All B4 volunteers are required to pass a background check before serving.

How often will I be scheduled?

Worship: Every 4-6 weeks depending upon our needs and your availability.

Production: Based upon need and your availability. Most volunteers volunteer 1-3 times a month.

What services will I get scheduled for?

This audition/application is for Sunday morning services, but we highly encourage you to serve with our youth and young adults teams, as well.

What is the practice expectation?

Production: We do production huddle & run-throughs each Sunday at 6:45am.

Worship: We practice as a team on Sunday mornings before the first service, however, musicians and vocalists are expected to practice individually and come prepared knowing the songs and their parts.

What is the time commitment?

Production Call Times vary based on position.

Worship: Call Time is at 6:30am on Sunday morning and services usually end around 12:15pm on Sunday afternoon, so about 6 hours plus individual practice time.

Do I get paid?

No, serving on the worship & production teams is on a volunteer basis.
