As followers of Jesus, God asks us to think beyond ourselves. There are a million ways you can get involved from running a camera during one of our services, to welcoming people into the church, to helping lead our kids and youth. Our goal is to help you find and develop the unique gifts, passions, and abilities that God has gifted you with so you can use them to be his hands and feet in our world.

The B4 Team

Our B4 Team is made up of many teams, and there's a place for everybody.

Campus Care

Do you have a passion for landscaping, gardening, or helping an outdoor space look beautiful? The campus care team is the spot for you! Our campus care team helps the grounds of B4 look and stay beautiful.

Community Group Host

We believe community and connection are more than just a Sunday or Thursday service, and our community group hosts make this happen. As a host, you are part of creating a space for people to connect in a variety of ways.

Experience + Hospitality

Our experience team cultivates an environment where anyone who walks through our doors feels welcomed, seen, accepted, and loved. There are many ways we do this: welcome team, hospitality team, safe campus team, usher team, and more.

General Ministry Volunteer

Our general ministry team has the opportunity to serve in a variety of ways that are not in our week-to-week services and ministries. This includes a number of events that happen throughout the year.

Kids

Our kids team is passionate about helping shape the spiritual lives of the next generation. We work with kids ages infant - 5th grade in a variety of roles from small group leaders, technical support, safety and more.

Production

Through lighting, sound, video, and visuals, our production team lays the foundation for how we technically and practically present the gospel through creativity and excellence.

Translations

Our translation team speaks multiple languages and loves using this ability to serve the church. We currently translate our services into Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, and Spanish, but if you speak another language, reach out to us.

Worship

Our worship team, made up of musicians, vocalists, and artisans, create and lead spaces for our community to praise and worship in thankfulness, lament, and reflection.

Youth

Our youth team ensures every student experiences the love of Jesus and belonging when they come to Middle School and High School. We meet each student right where they are at, pointing them to Jesus and supporting them. Plus, we have a lot of fun!
