For Advent week 2, Alex and Ashleigh look at the Advent readings in week 2 of the B4 Devotional. They share the stories that stood out to them in this week’s readings and why. Resources to dig deeper:
- You can download this year’s Advent journal at: https://www.b4church.org/advent/
- The passage Alex discusses is Numbers 11 https://bit.ly/3DnND8q and Ashleigh talks about Exodus 3 (https://bit.ly/3kIAJuf ) as being their favorites this week.
- The Prince of Egypt: https://bit.ly/3qLLIqM
- A really good visual way to learn about the Bible is the Bible Project. If you want to look at an overview of any of the books included in the devotional: https://bit.ly/3DtTclI
- A book that looks at each Bible book as part of a larger narrative is 66 Love Letters by Larry Crabb https://amzn.to/3DuSFjv
