Thanksgiving Food Boxes

Every year for Thanksgiving, we partner together to love and bless our community by providing food boxes. This year, our heart is to provide for 250 families in our local community, including migrant and refugee families. From Oct. 26th through Nov. 22nd, we are inviting you to donate food (unexpired, non-perishables). Food can be dropped off outside the North Main Entrance Monday - Thursday from 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, and during services on Thursdays and Sundays. If there is a family you know of, who is in need, click the link below. More questions? Email Fabi at fabi@b4church.org.

MORE INFO

FARMERS TO FAMILIES PROGRAM

We are partnering with the Beaverton School District in the Farmers to Families program, which provides food from local farms and boxes it. The program uses our campus and buildings as a pickup location. Our high school students will be helping to facilitate the distribution of an additional 1,000 boxes of food on Thursdays until the end of August. These boxes are available to anyone in the community. If you know a family in need (or if you find yourself in need), feel free to let them know that they can come by our church on Thursdays to pick one up.

Foster Parents Night Out

Foster Parents' Night Out (FPNO for short) is a non-profit organization started in 2006 in Salem, Oregon. They are a faith-based program that provides monthly respite care to DHS foster families. Local churches host FPNO so that foster parents can have a night off, while trained volunteers care for their foster, adopted, and biological children.

Road to Hope is a safe home that provides stable, secure and nurturing residential care for young mothers and their infants. In most cases, these young moms are facing homelessness or the lack of support from any other networks. Union Gospel Mission

Union Gospel Mission’s LifeChange Center for Women and Their Children provides a safe, healing home for women and their children to transform their lives. LifeChange is a safe environment to heal from past traumas and to learn how to break free of destructive choices.

Safe Families for Children

Safe Families for Children is a movement fueled by compassion to keep children safe and families intact. Through Host Families, Family Friends, and Family Coaches, we temporarily host children and provide a network of support to families in crisis while they get back on their feet.
